Four Camps this Week
Three of the four camps this week are brand new places for our camps. They are small camps, for the most part, with two teachers and around 20 students. Look at the map of Hungary to see where each of them is located. Of course, you can see the other camp sites, as well. This week we have teams in Tatabanya, Sarand (new), Berettyoujfalu (new), and Kelebia (new place and new team.)

From Lisa Paine (McKinney, Texas) serving in Tatabanya:
Great first day at Tatabanya! Greek theme with togas and gladiators. The students are working hard and having fun.

From Larry O’Neill (Lubbock, Texas) serving in Sarand::
We had a great first day in Sarand.  Since only twelve students were signed up as of Sunday, we decided to keep them all in one class. We had two additional students join us, but we still kept it as one class.  All the teaching and activities worked well.  We were thinking that we would get a visit from the mayor since his office is providing the meals and snacks for our camp.  However, he was not able to get by today after all.  When we see him, we have an English Bible and Hungarian Bible to give him.
The church in Szombathely (week 1) made a musical slide show about their week. This is the team from Amarillo/Perryton, Texas. This is also the place where Ruth went after her “surgery” on the first Saturday.
Enjoy,
